                           Pneumatic High Platform Ball Valve
Summary and working principle:
Pneumatic high platform valve adopts the high platform IS05211 standard design, whic is for the convenience of ball valve installation. It can be installed directly with the actuator with no bracket . But the ordinary ball valve is connected with the actuator, and it needs to have a bracket connected with shaft branch. Pneumatic high platform ball valve has the characteristics of small flow resistance and large flow rate. It can be used not only for switch truncation, but also for flow regulation. Choice of different materials of the body and seat, it can be used in different conditions. Due to the short distance between the high platform ball valve and the pneumatic actuator, it is not suitable for the occasions where the medium temperature is too high to avoid damage to the actuator because of high temperature.
Pneumatic high platform ball valve is compressed air as the power source, and the cylinder as the actuator. With the help of electrical valve locator, converter, solenoid valve, positioning valve and other accessories to drive the valve, it can switch or proportionally adjust, and receive control signals to control the flow and temperature. The actuator can be divided into single action and double action. The single-action actuator has the function of spring return and can automatically return the original state when the air source is lost and the fault occurs.
