Summary:
Pneumatic fixed type ball valve is generally flange connection, and the ball is fixed. It adopts the upper and lower stem fixed spool (shaft support) and movable seal seat design. When closed, under the action of medium pressure, the ball will not produce displacement, and is more stable operation,. It is often used for high pressure and large diameter of various pipelines. Pneumatic fixed ball valve is usually connected with the ball on the upper and lower axis, and is equipped with rolling bearings or sliding bearings to reduce the opening and closing of the journal friction force, and reduce the torque.
