Main Outline and Connecting Flange Size
Principle:
According to the structure and flow direction, pneumatic three-way valve can be divided into L-type and T-type.
The flow direction of medium is shown as follows:
1.L-type three-way ball valve can only connect or cut off two mutually perpendicular and orthogonal pipelines, and can not maintain the interconnection of the third pipeline at the same time. It only plays a distribution role.
2.T-type three-way ball valve can make three orthogonal pipes connect with each other or cut off any third channel, so as to achieve two in one out or one in two out of the function of diversion, and confluence.
Standard Specification:
1. Design and manufacture: GB/ t12237-1989; API608.
2. Inspection and test: GB/ T13927-1992, API598.
3. JB/T79 - 2-1994; ASME/ANSIB 165.
4. Structure length: JD-2002
5. Echo device: It is also called limit switch, remote feedback switch signal (explosion-proof).
Solenoid valve: double action to choose two five, single action to choose two three.
6. FRL: It can stabilize the pressure of the air source, filter and add lubricating oil to the cylinder.
7. Valve positioner:It can be inputted 4~20mA signal to realize valve regulation function YT-1000R.
