Summary:
ZJHPF46 pneumatic fluorine lined control valve is mainly composed of multi-spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator and straight-through single seat with corrosion resistance. It is specially used in corrosive and permeable medium pipelines or pipelines in chemical industry. It has the characteristics of good sealing performance and small leakage. Due to valve parts adopt heat moulding of contact medium or high pressure injection molding process, the whole lining corrosion resistance, ageing resistance of fluorine plastic FEP, PFA, Po (F46) or other lining materials, the valve can also be optional PTFE bellows seal, which makes thecontrol valve can be widely used in chlor-alkali industry, chemical industry, petroleum, metallurgy, medicine, power plant and other industries, and realizes the production process of wet chlorine gas, hydrochloric acid, strong alkali, and has strong corrosive medium such as anti-hiv, harmful process control.

1. Corrosion resistance: the valve body cavity, spool, stem are lined with 2.5~3mm thick FEP(F46), which has salt, acid, alkali, corrosion resistance.
2. Good sealingperformance: PTFE corrugated pipe and packing are used in the packing part to ensure no leakage.
3. Small leakage: as the valve core and seat are of soft sealing structure, the leakage is lower than the IV leakage standard in GB/T4213.
