Q641F/H pneumatic flange ball valve adopts high precision pneumatic actuator and cast ball valve. Advantages:
1. Small fluid resistance, ball valve is all the valve class of the least fluid resistance. Even if it is a reduced diameter ball valve, the fluid resistance is also quite small.
2. Thrust bearing reduces the friction torque of the stem, which can make the stem balance and flexible in long-term operation.
3. The valve seat sealing performance is good, using PTFE and other materials made of the sealing ring, the structure is easy to seal, and the ball valve sealing ability increases with the increase of medium pressure.
4. Reliable stem seal, because the stem only for rotary and do not do lifting movement, stem packing seal is not easy to damage, and the sealing capacity increases with the increase of medium pressure.
5. PTFE and other materials have good self-lubrication, small friction loss with the ball, which can extend the service life of the ball valve.
6. Lower mounted stem and convex step on stem head prevent stem from ejection. In case of damage to stem seal caused by fire, metal contact can be formed between convex step and valve body to ensure stem seal.
