Summary:
Pneumatic flange gate valve Z641H is mainly composed of flange cast steel gate valve and pneumatic actuator. It is a kind of automatic control valve driven by the compressed air of the actuator, with two action modes of air opening and air closing. Pneumatic flanged gate valve can be equipped with electrical or pneumatic echo, to send valve switch status information, remote control, centralized control and automatic control. Flange start cast steel gate valve adopts double cylinder structure and buffer mechanism. Compared with the single cylinder pneumatic gate valve, its lifting force increased by one time, can effectively slow down the valve, the piston downward impact caused by the valve plate sealing surface and valve body sealing surface wear, but also can avoid the phenomenon of gate stuck.

Principle:
The upper part of the cylinder head is equipped with pneumatic and manual steering device. When the transfer handle is lifted clockwise to the "pneumatic" positioning hole, the gate valve is in the pneumatic operation state. On the contrary, lift the switch handle counterclockwise to the "manual" positioning hole, and the gate valve can be operated manually. Manual operation gate valve, hand wheel rotation and ordinary manual valve, namely clockwise to close, counterclockwise to open.
