Pneumatic Flange Type Ball Valve
Summary:
Pneumatic flange type ball valve has the features of fast switching speed, large flow capacity, good sealing performance. It is composed of flange type ball valve and pneumatic actuator . According to the type of action, it can be divided into two types: switching type and regulating type. Pneumatic flange ball valve is assembled with valve positioner, and enter 4-20mA analog signal, and enter valve spool opening 0-90 degrees of arbitrary control, so as to achieve the proportional adjustment of medium flow, temperature, pressure and other parameters.

Advantages:
1. According to the working condition of need, pneumatic flange ball valve can be divided into two kinds of sealing structure : soft seal (30 ~ +180°C) and hard seal (40 ~ +450°C) , so that it can be used in different medium, different temperature and pressure places .
2. The power source of Pneumatic flange ball valve is gas. It has no contact with spark. In theoretical sepaking, it has explosion proof function with relatively safe. If it has the leakage of gas, gas can be directly discharged with no pollution to the environment and high safety.
3. As for the Angle of valve diameter, because of torque force, manual ball valves can only be configured in the diameter of DN300 below the ball valve. But pneumatic flange ball valves can be configured with a wide diameter. The nominal Diameter of pneumatic ball valve currently up is DN1200 .
