The appearance and structure of butterfly valve:
Structure principle:
A typical three-eccentric pneumatic butterfly valve, in addition to the stem and the valve plate has two eccentric, the valve plate and seat sealing surface is inclined round table shape (this is the so-called three-eccentric third eccentric). When the valve is closed, the valve plate is pushed forward due to eccentricity, and the valve plate and seat do not produce friction in the closing process. The valve plate is directly pressed on the seat, thus ensuring the service life of the valve. In addition, as a result of this kind of valve sealing ring has a certain elasticity, and the elastic ring in the convex and elastic ring between the gap between a few stars can make the elastic ring a little displacement. When the valve is closed, the sealing ring can automatically move to the most uniform position under the action of closing.
