Hard seal eccentric half ball valve

Summary:
PQ340H/Y hard sealing eccentric half ball valve adopts eccentric body, eccentric ball and seat. when the stem rotates, it will automatically centering on the common track. The closer is closed in the closing process, the better sealing will be achieved. The ball of the valve is completely separated from the seat, eliminating the wear of the sealing ring, and overcoming the problem that the traditional ball seat and the sealing surface of the ball are always worn. The non-metallic elastic material is embedded in the metal seat, and the metal surface of the seat is well protected. This product is especially suitable for steel, aluminum, fiber, small solid particles, pulp, coal ash, petroleum gas and other media.

Features:
1. The valve seat is provided with a structure that the outer step matches the inner step of the valve body to prevent the ball from getting stuck or separated from the valve seat.
3. Non-metallic elastomeric material is in the metal seat, and the metal sealing surface of the seat is well protected.
4. There is shear effect between the ball and the seat with hemisphere incision, especially suitable for medium containing dimension, small solid particles, slurry and so on.
